Accomplishments

• Freed up CoFounder/CEO to focus on business while organization was growing its
  revenues by 5X and employee strength from 12 to 60
• Played critical role in legal due diligence that was prerequisite for Series A funding
• SIM constitutes 15% operating costs for MoveInSync. Set up a process of tracking and data analysis of SIM usage based on email alert and incoming reports

Part of Senior Management in Global Ads Review Operations that was and still is Google's bread and butter. Accuracy, speed and scale are the three most important pillars for the group and it was directly responsible to manage execution and delivery of billions of Ads running on Google & its partner properties while ensuring compliance to Google's policies & law of land.

Within this group, I was head of the 200+ team (40 Googlers and 160+ vendors) that ran the non-English Ads review operations in 41 languages and 100+ countries.

• Worked extensively with Data Analytics team to establish the business case by looking at history, sales forecasts and other relevant data. 
• Worked with Cross-functional teams - Sales, Global Engineering, Policy, Product and Legal to evangelize, build the infrastructure needed and scale the idea
• Conceptualized and executed the vendor strategy for a 24/7 service model for markets in every timezone

Accomplishments

• Leveraging Technology, People and processes, we brought in operational excellence goal of 100:100 (100% ads reviewed in 24 hrs, 100% managed from India) and achieved 99.7% (TAT) and 99% (contribution)
• Vendor's contribution for Ads review went from 0% to 45% in 14 months

Manager, Manage review of english ads to meet business SLAs -TAT and quality. Accomplishments: Worked with the policy and engineering team to improve automation(from sub 50% to ~80%)

Lead special projects for innovation and implementation of large scale quality improvements to processes and systems by conducting data analysis and making recommendations

While joined as Software developer I moved on to the process consulting group. My primary contribution in this job was to

• Setup processes for American Express IT division to achieve CMMI level 3 in a period of 2 years
• Formulate and setup single SDLC methodology for the IT divisions of all Johnson and Johnson group companies.
