Helped teach Kumon's K-12 Math and Reading Program, helped students with homework from school if brought in.

Managed the front desk and phones, helped translate when primary translator was not available, and assisted in sorting and properly disposing of physical legal files.

2017 - 2018

• Assisted students during labs, makeup labs, and answered questions for homework and lab writeups. Graded quizzes and entered grades. Prepped for labs and kept track of inventory.

•       Created a study design, built search strings, data extraction methods and forms, and finished a pilot study and manuscript with other summer leaders for first year medical students doing a summer research internship to follow and execute.
•       Trained students on how to extract studies, data, and coached students on writing skills and editing of a manuscript. Managed day to day operations as well as facilitated a good team environment. 

• Created a club for women in engineering and natural sciences to meet, find mentorship and further connect with each other.
• Outreach to encourage young women to pursue STEM.
