Currently oversee a portfolio of business units for Royal Life Saving's national office including: VET Training & Workforce Development, Education Programs, Lifesaving Sport & Inland Waterway Safety and Aquatic Industry Standards, Services & Advocacy.

Recent achievements:

• Oversaw the delivery of the Australian Pool Lifesaving Championships 2024.
• Lead the delivery of the Aquatic and Leisure Management Stream at the National Sports and Physical Activity Convention 2024.
• Oversaw, co-authored and drove the conception, planning, development and socialisation of the National Aquatic Workforce Framework.
• Conceived, planned, coordinated and delivered multiple national industry events, conferences, workshops, committees and collaborations

The role entailed developing and strengthening relationships with the aquatic and recreation industry, water safety sector, and key government agencies at national, state and local level. • Researched, developed and implemented the Guidelines for Inland Waterway Safety 
• Researched, developed and implementedthe Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations
• Lead and co-authored the Social, Health and Economic Value of the Australian National Aquatic Industry project in partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC)
• Lead the implementation of a major IT upgrade to the Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO) and increased the subscriber-base by 73%.

Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the Collingwood Leisure Centre, Quality Management System for Yarra Leisure, Marketing and Communications Portfolio Yarra Leisure and Health and Fitness Portfolio Yarra Leisure.

Achievements:  Significant capital works, asset management, risk management, change management, streamlining and integration of services at Yarra City Council. Lead reviews of major service programs to Yarra Leisure customers. 

Responsible for the Operations Portfolio across Yarra Leisure sites inclusive of Fitzroy Swimming Pool, Richmond Recreation Centre, Collingwood Leisure Centre and Burnley Golf Course.

Key achievements: Lead a team of 150 staff across four venues through significant organisational and business unit change. Delivered significant improvements in operational efficiency and safety management.

Key achievements: Lead a high-performing frontline service team renowned in the YMCA for its strong and positive culture. Initiated and structured the Brunswick Baths CALD partnership with LSV which grew into a statewide program and gained positive national media attention.
