  • Design and run training programs at scale, including 35+ certification tracks (Army COOL, Air Force COOL) and a 10,000-agent SSA technical training rollout, ensuring a consistent experience and measurable knowledge acquisition demonstrated through improved job performance and promotions.
  • Configure and optimize ATS and LMS systems (Army/Air Force COOL, SmartSearch, Moodle), building end-to-end processes from quote through onboarding and certification, improving throughput, reducing friction, and increasing adoption for hundreds of learners worldwide.
  • Establish and manage vendor partnerships with certification bodies and training providers, negotiate contracts, maintain long-term relationships, evaluate and implement software, and train internal teams to support recruiting, onboarding, and learning programs.

  • Recent Accomplishments: Helped Arista become SkillBridge certified with the DOD.  Successfully rolling out interview, hiring, onboarding, and training fellowships for transitioning service members.

  • Directed and managed end-to-end onboarding transformation, converting an 80-page manual process into a fully digital experience and created user-friendly onboarding hubs via Notion that improved clarity, consistency, and confidence for new hires and departments.
  • Optimized PeopleAdmin (ATS), improving hiring workflows, system adoption, and reporting. Created training programs to support successful enhancements.
