• I was hired by Chapman University to build a professional recruiting division from the ground up. Owned talent acquisition for 12 schools and colleges including 500+ staff and 3,000+ annual student hires.
• Directed and managed end-to-end onboarding transformation, converting an 80-page manual process into a fully digital experience and created user-friendly onboarding hubs via Notion that improved clarity, consistency, and confidence for new hires and departments.
• Optimized PeopleAdmin (ATS), improving hiring workflows, system adoption, and reporting. Created training programs to support successful enhancements.
