Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsible for new business development and client retention PAN India region-for Corporate business segment for Intellectual Property Solutions(SaaS Solutions, Software, Services,) Building strong professional working relationships with the client, d rive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction Use a consultative approach to identify and advance opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for the company which further leads to build, retain and expand customer relationships Account management, opportunity creation, and pipeline targets: Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close. Develop actionable territory plans and account plans that define clear revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies Pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status Engages partners effectively to improve win rates and delivery of selected deals
