I was the lead engineer of the power sub-section for their flagship product, from concept to mass production (100k units).  Designed product-specific automated testers for use by the local contract manufacturer.

Was VP and Engineer. Primary product is multi-kilowatt power supplies, typically custom built, for high-energy physics accelerators, specialized battery charging, and other high-tech applications. I performed numerous administrative, and management functions as well as new product design, and engineering support for existing products. My specialty was the design of ultra-precise, high current power supplies, typically better than 0.01% and greater than 100 kilowatts. Provided technical documentation, such as specifications, manuals and test plans. Supervised prototyping, manufacturing and troubleshooting of equipment. Ensured that the delivered product met all customer specifications. Traveled worldwide for presentations, customer training, and technical conferences. Hired, trained, and mentored team of engineers and technical personnel.
