Assigned in charge of a new project by the County of Riverside Administrative Services Division's Staff Development facility to build a website that will be used by county employees to more easily sign up for job training requests & request PPE fittings, and more easily access county resources on the intranet.

Collaborated with Ship Dock team towards order fulfillment and organization logistics. Communicated with leadership team via radio communications to help keep operations flowing smoothly.

Primary author of iOS business management software, used in order processing and fulfillment, including warehousing operations. A primary function of the app is to integrate red-laser barcode scanning hardware. Scan events in turn perform a variety of functions. Integration of touchscreen signature and security options. Maintained Git codebase and function documentation.

• Usage of latest technologies while maintaining support for legacy barcode scanning hardware.
• Wrote an Enterprise update distribution framework  that delivers specific versions, per server 
• Frequent additions of app improvements  and customer-specific feature requests
• Developed an image caching system that minimizes bandwidth consumption 
• Developed an event-based data synchronization routine that makes use of SQLite and MySQL

Fielded tier 2 escalated support calls, including IT hardware and networking inspection and repair, software debugging. Wrote extensive issue and solutions documentation. Handled several regular and VIP client accounts, provided support via phone & email, scheduled weekly on-site visits to clients
