Rosa Solorzano

Advance leadership skills in a dynamic environment as a dedicated Paramedic for Santa Clara County Ambulance, with a strong background in providing direct patient care with compassion and professionalism.  As a former Unit Secretary in the CVICU at Stanford Hospital, my efforts and skills set have been instrumental in formulating strategic direction and implementing workflow initiatives, not only in my role as a Paramedic, but also in my role on the Board of Directors for a national EMS union. In my newer role of Field Training Officer, I teach new hires with passion for our craft, discipline, empathy, and respect for the chaos.

As a professional with diverse experience, I am actively seeking opportunities to continue my career in the field of paramedicine and healthcare- wether together or as independent entities-, leveraging my unique experience to provide exceptional role fulfillment through diverse skills set, workflow initiatives, and formulation of strategic direction.
