Innovative Finance & Operations professional

For more than 30 years I am passionate about Finance & Operations and ERP.  During my career I have been working with investors.  On the one hand doing Due Diligence and feasibility studies and on the other hand acting as a 'crisis manager' in restructuring phases.  In oder to do so I was in many cases busy looking for funding and dealed with many investors and banks in the function of being the CFO or program manager of the company.  In order to do so I have build up an extensive knowledge of Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement and of course last but not least Finance. Furthermore I have been specializing in the 'operating model' of companies meaning a full knowledge of each process within a company (O2C, P2P, P2P, R2R, …) and his best practices in different sectors (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Retail, Energy, Investment Banking…) and what impact they may have on an organization.
