Prior to Sand Cherry Associates, Ryanne was the Senior Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Lumen Technologies, where she was responsible for developing and implementing a global finance, innovative AI, and organizational strategies that drove the successful delivery of Lumen's financial metrics.

Professional Experience

  • Project/Program Management: Spearheaded the strategic redesign and launch of multiple initiatives, including a company website overhaul, coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution. Acted as the key liaison across impacted departments and stakeholders, driving communication efforts and creating a comprehensive playbook for the project. Managed communications and playbook. 
  • Requirements Writing: Captured the strategic vision from the business unit, executive leadership, and customers. Wrote detailed requirements based on this input, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Worked with leadership to define key success criteria and prioritized features, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful product launch.
  • Product Management and Delivery: Provided leadership across corporate strategy, performance management, pricing analysis, and forecasting. Led product teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products, facilitated cross-functional communication, and mitigated risks to ensure timely project execution.
  • Program Strategic Design: Developed and implemented global strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and processes. Led the transformation of the finance organization and drove both short- and long-term strategies for growth.   • Reporting Transformation: Managed the delivery of key reporting capabilities for the entire finance organization, including the development of KPIs and executive dashboards. Maintained project plans, communicated updates, and worked with teams to prioritize requirements and resolve any gaps.
  • Process Mapping and Evaluation: Led initiative evaluating a telecommunication provider's carrier access operations. Developed business process maps, identifying contributors, hand-offs, and milestones. Leveraged process maps, in combination with internal, customer and vendor interviews, to identify key gaps and opportunities to improve scalability and customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Facilitated the establishment of a performance monitoring capability for a new technology effort, to monitor system activity and mitigate risk. Drove the identification of key performance metrics, acceptance criteria, monitoring tools, owners, and response plans.
