Led curriculum development of a commander-appointed Multi-capable Airmen Program within the maintenance career field and taught classes totaling over 40 personnel, including individuals in supervisory roles. 

Managed time-sensitive assignments that required my team to prep heavy machinery for shipment to other bases. These assignments required efficient collaboration and clear communication with coworkers and maintenance shops.

Trained new Airmen on job safety and technical skills regarding Aerospace Ground Equipment.

Mentored fellow Airmen, including supervisors, on how to begin and proceed with educational goals, such as continuing or starting college and accessing resources for funding.
