I am currently a full-time student at NEMCC in Booneville, MS. My major is business management. I have lived in Booneville for the past 23 years. I have been a business owner of two businesses: a florist and a screen printing business. I have always been dedicated to my family and career. Four years ago I was diagnosed with a bone and joint disease that has left me physically disabled. I am furthering my education in hopes of obtaining employment that is suitable for my disability. I am also interested in becoming an advocate for other disabled Americans. Helping and inspiring others has always been my primary goal.
I contracted with businesses in the floral and printing field to preform labor. I was expected to produce a product for resale. These products included floral arangements, craft items, one of a kind gift items, graphic designs for printing, printed garments, printed banners, and custom printed items. I was also contracted to organize and manage workers during holiday sales.
