  • Selected to lead a staff of 25 people to develop a procedure and validate Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) for over 500 miles of pipeline that were installed prior to 1970.

  • Design pipe test sections, develop specifications, and testing requirements for over 500 miles of pipeline.
  • Acquire permitting related to hydrotesting (land, water sources, discharge location, etc).
  • Develop a pipe logistics plan for storing pipe at pipe yards.

Select Accomplishments

  • Reduce costs for hydrostatic testing by collaborating with landowners on using the water source located on the property vs having to haul in several 100 gallons of water to the site.
  • Negotiated with landowners’ property in order to relocate pipe yard to reduce travel time between pipe yards and Right of Way (ROW)
