- Managed the Streaming aggregation portfolio from 2022 - 2024 with a team of 8 direct and indirect reports. Successfully launched Hubbl in Apr 2024 - a $135M streaming product. Overcame multiple stakeholder, cross-functional and regulatory challenges to have a fully compliant product in the market resulting in a 7% increase in subscribers.
- Managed Foxtel's $20M Data portfolio from 2020 - 2022. Largest of the programs within the portfolio was a new Data Lake implementation using Google Cloud - BigQuery & Looker. Facilitated multi-year roadmap planning and FY-wise budget approvals to ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource allocation for managed business outcomes in quarterly increments.
- Managed a large vendor-led Salesforce cloud CRM implementation for Foxtel Media (advertising CRM). Experienced challenges with vendor's product capability along with sub optimal velocity of defect fixes. These were overcome by implementing strong governance with C-level stakeholders, ensuring stakeholders have skin in the game and provide appropriate support. This led to successful implementation a few months later enabling the business to realise a 30% efficiency in advertising sales order entry, activation and delivery.
- Fostered strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication using quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and aligning stakeholders on delivery priorities thereby enhancing transparency and project alignment to achieve key results (OKRs).
- Led strategic roadmap development, securing annual funding approvals. Facilitated business cases and project inception, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Implemented agile methodologies and represented my portfolio for PI planning, agile scrum processes, streamlining tech team collaboration and improving release synchronisation and business outcomes.
- Maintained comprehensive reports on project progress and risks, enabling proactive mitigation strategies that ensured project goals were met.
- Analysed project performance metrics, enabling proactive adjustments that ensured timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
