Build Client Relationships: Work with client contacts to understand business needs by participating in status & discovery calls regarding current & upcoming projects. Help to propose System 1 & System 2 methodology, craft timelines by understanding project objectives and timing implications for the business. Work end to end with client from scoping to final stakeholder delivery with poise and professionalism by careful attention to detail and can-do attitude resulting strong client relationships.

Reports given to internal clients to help aid in business decisions.

Experience working at a client organization helped provide strong foundation of understanding client business needs for research, specifically how end clients utilize insights.
