Build Client Relationships: Work with client contacts to understand business needs by participating in status & discovery calls regarding current & upcoming projects. Help to propose System 1 & System 2 methodology, craft timelines by understanding project objectives and timing implications for the business. Work end to end with client from scoping to final stakeholder delivery with poise and professionalism by careful attention to detail and can-do attitude resulting strong client relationships.
Willing to work in the weeds to meet client needs: CGS client needed assistance to understand system 1 results that required facilitating conversations between client team and our Innovation team leading to an opportunity to aid in developing a custom analysis tool that was automated for our client.
Team Management: Directly manage associate and lead junior members on project execution including coaching 1-2 associates in best practices and directing project execution. Help develop skills of junior members by: working hands on in digital environment to screen share job duties, offer reverse shadowing, provided feedback, and shared tips from education or professional experience.
