  • Project Management: Consulted with stakeholders to develop a project plan to test the viability of an innovative solution to leverage existing infrastructure to provide enhanced voice, video, and data services. Aligned cross-functional teams on Proof-of-Concept deployment and Engineering Field Trial process while reporting status to senior leadership. 
  • Project Management Tools: Implemented Smartsheet for a growing financial services company to better serve their clients in creating employee incentive programs and succession plans. Published weekly dashboard and implemented automated notifications to ensure tasks were completed on schedule. 
  • Customer Experience: Executed and managed a standardized, repeatable process to evaluate customer experience and satisfaction on a recurring cycle. Produced a quarterly report to measure KPIs and inform strategic initiatives for stakeholders.
  • Research and Analytics: Provided market intelligence and data analysis to inform complex data model for build-out forecasts for a large broadband provider. Performed data analysis and statistical analysis to recommend new consumer pricing scorecard.
