• Drive the entire project lifecycle from presales and scoping to timelines, estimations, and
  project execution.
• Lead requirements discovery and analysis sessions with client stakeholders to identify business needs, assess existing processes, and define solution requirements.

• Perform Configurations and Data Loading in Salesforce.
• Lead quality assurance efforts.
• Conduct sprint showcases and user trainings.

• Participate in discovery sessions to gain an understanding of the client's current processes and technology in the CRM space.
• Lead project communication with the client's stakeholders and liaison between project client stakeholders and technical team.
• Prepare and groom the user stories & acceptance criteria and wireFrames/prototypes during the course of the implementation.
• Align with the client-side stakeholders regarding requirements backlog and sprints & release planning. 
• Participate in design sessions with Technical Architect in order to map functional requirements in solution design.
• Conduct validation/testing of developed features and APIs (via Postman) with respect to requirements and responsible for delivering UAT. 
• Demonstrate newly developed features to business stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials and conduct the end-user training sessions remotely.
• Manage change requests, perform gap and impact analysis, and estimate tasks.

• Responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing solutions, and supporting CRM Applications and Critical Business Systems for Abbott Pharma and Medical Device divisions.
• Participate in discovery sessions to define functional requirements, business cases, and UI specifications of new modules and/or new projects of Salesforce, integrated offline Hybrid App, and Custom Applications.
• Prepare and maintain User Stories & Acceptance Criteria and URS/FRS.
• Manage change requests and perform impact analysis.
• Conduct Sprint/Stage review sessions with business stakeholders.
• Validate developed features, prepare UAT scripts, and deliver UAT.
• Conduct end-users Training sessions remotely and prepare Training decks.
