He is skilled at leveraging data and research to provide insights into the the customer experience to hone and refine the path to acquisition, upsell and retention through understanding the satisfactions and pain points for stages of customer decision-making around customer product satisfaction and key brand attribute drivers.

- Charter Communications, Senior Director, Competitive Intelligence:
Oversight of Charter corporate competitive intelligence initiatives including analysis, insight and competitive database. Led the process for identifying markets and local areas served by competitor products offered, internet speeds available; network platform and technology. Analyzed and reported on market share and flow share for Charter and all major competitors. Monitored trends within the Pay TV, Internet, and Voice categories in aggregate, and for major competitors. Tracked business performance across competitor overlap areas. Identified competitor internet speeds- entry-level speeds, max speeds, and presence and growth of gigabit competitive footprint. Developed competitor profiles, including geographic footprints, product set, Internet speed, marketing tactics and channels employed, trend of historical performance and growth strategies. Analyzed trends and advancements in OTT technologies, as well as the impact of OTT distribution on the traditional TV model.
- Time Warner Cable, Senior Director Consumer & Competitive Insights
Developed actionable insights and competitive intelligence strategies based on monthly/quarterly reporting and findings from such managed initiatives as Brand Attribute Insights, Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, Product Awareness and Usage. Launched TWC and Competitive TV Advertising and Digital Brand Effectiveness studies with Nielsen. Managed Video and Internet Market Share tracking and modeling, Competitive Fiber Tracking model and Hispanic Brand Tracking analysis. Developed a path-to-purchase and customer experience journey that identified best-practice and performance‐based optimizations to current state marketing through using a combination of existing TWC institutional knowledge, external/industry intelligence, and primary quantitative research.
