I completed the Bruegmann website redesign for its 2024 launch and the site's Contact Us form integration with the Smartsheet work management platform. I worked closely with executive management, industry professionals, and managed third-party vendors to produce content highlighting Bruegmann's position as the go-to authority in retail space optimization and its ability to customize solutions that meet each client's unique requirements.

I managed tradeshow preparation and participation, including but not limited to staff travel, analyzing contractor booth design proposals, and logistics.

Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Generated demand for Eagle's service offerings by developing and implementing integrated business-to-business (B2B) marketing and communications plans and achieved organizational goals and objectives within the 503A, 503B, and CGMP pharmaceutical industries. My responsibilities included strategic planning, copywriting, content marketing, social media marketing, website content creation, web design, coding, implementing organic and paid advertising, budget management, marketing analytics, SEO, video production, event planning, brand alignment, strategic analysis of past, present, and future business environments, market research, and internal and customer-facing communications.

Achievements

  • I created digital, print, and advertising content to target new market segments via inbound and outbound campaigns (paid and organic) and reporting on those campaigns (by dashboard and organic). 
  • Updated Eagle website, all marketing and sales content, and other materials to reflect USP <795> and <979> published revisions. Responsible for WordPress redesign/development, deployment, and maintenance of Eagle's website.
    • Conducted website audits, fixed broken links, and ensured a smooth user experience.
    • Integrated website, email, social media, and survey forms to Eagle's HubSpot CRM.
    • Additional coding applied to site: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
    • Resolved email authentication issues that blocked the company's Outlook from receiving emails. 
  • Worked directly with business units to develop formal communication plans that supported their business objectives through digital and print channels, i.e., webpages, landing pages, social media, sales/customer service phone scripts, brochures, presentations, success stories, technical and nontechnical content, etc...
  • I developed and maintained relationships with trade publications, conferences, tradeshows, and exhibitions to promote Eagle's brand, products, and services and showcase Eagle's industry expertise. 
  • Provided content and updates to Eagle's EagleTrax app. EagleTrax is a client portal and sample management system. It also doubles as Eagle's intranet for company employees. 
    • Worked with EagleTrax's third-party software developer on UI and IX-related topics.
  • Served as the marketing and communication point person for Eagle's business units, engaging them in marketing and communication planning, measuring potential ROI/organizational benefit, and driving execution through the year.
  • I worked with management to create a strategic marketing planning process and integrate it into all business unit communications and planning activities.
    • Understand each business unit's objectives and challenges to achieve their goals.
    • Assisted with implementing processes and metrics to manage and track marketing and communication efforts across multiple business units.
    • Created technical writing and video content for technical audiences. 
    • Created content for Eagle's TV monitors that are placed throughout our facility. The monitors displayed internal communications to Eagle employees and visitors. 
  • Kept track and provided updates on essential measures regarding website traffic, SEO performance, and messaging effectiveness.

Product Technical Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

I was responsible for Marketing Microscope World's various product lines and services. My duties included developing a comprehensive marketing plan, overseeing its implementation, and creating messaging emphasizing the company's core tenets of great quality products, knowledgeable staff, outstanding customer service, and cost-effective pricing.

 

I assisted the company's ownership and management in developing and managing business-to-government (B2G), business-to-business (B2B), business-to-business software as a service (B2B SaaS), and business-to-consumer/client (B2C) product marketing initiatives. Through various channels, I increased brand awareness and generated sales-qualified leads.

Achievements

  • Designed, produced, coordinated, collected, and curated marketing content to support the development of compelling stories for turnkey multimedia use for Microscope World and sister company CTK-Instruments.
  • Created and maintained a lead email database of all the community colleges and universities in the United States that were candidates for our educational product lines and services. The database also contained several universities and primary schools in Canada, U.S. territories, and various overseas markets. This led to the educational sales and revenue for 2017 being the highest in several years.

    • At the time of my departure in 2018, educational sales and revenue were on pace to meet or exceed 2017 figures.
  • Initiated, organized, and completed booth setups for tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences.
    • I attended the Medical Design and Manufacturing West Conference and Exhibition, which led directly to Microscope World and its sister company CTK-Instruments partnering with ZEISS (one of the world’s premier optical systems companies) to become the official ZEISS microscope dealer for southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
    • Since the MD&M West event, Microscope World/CTK-Instruments has doubled its staff, and sales have increased for all product lines.
    • Attended the Jet Propulsion Laboratory/NASA Small Business Expo, which led to hundreds of thousands in direct and indirect sales to JPL/NASA and various vendors who were in attendance.
  • Created content for technical audiences (technical writing, educational content, and videos), functioned as the educational products and services expert, onboarding point of contact for those products, and disseminated information concerning related advanced systems to customers and clients.
  • Researched, identified, and developed marketing channels for the company’s products and services for local, national, and international markets.
