Engage with Documenters, providing support and guidance to new Documenters and those seeking assistance, and cultivating a collaborative, peer-learning environment.

- Train over 200 remote Documenters on subject-matter prioritization, research methods, context, and time management, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. - Utilizing AI, write catchy, SEO-focused news headlines and teasers that perfectly capture the spirit of the program participants' content.

Coordinate and implement outreach and recruitment efforts to target communities and individuals for Documenter events, ensuring diverse participation and representation.
- Collaborate with the Documenters Network through regular calls and communication platforms, contributing to the growth and development of the network. Design and implement training and civic learning opportunities that address the specific needs of Documenters, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
