• Lead the IT procurement management process covering IT hardware, software, and service;
• Installation, configuration, and maintain of VOIP phone system;
• Installation and configuration of network infrastructure and servers, such as applications, databases and file servers including operating systems;
• Configuration of CCTV system;
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources.
• Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features;
• Collaboration with software developers to implement, and test API integrations based on system requirements;

• Lead the IT procurement management process covering orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management;
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch;
• Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the ERP system;
• Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features;
• Providing training and support for end-users;
