Sr. Demand Generation Manager (Reporting to CMO)

  • Lead the Demand Generation team at a Series D SaaS provider of digital tools for frontline workers that improve the safety, quality, production, and sustainability of large manufacturing operations. Customers include Heineken, Georgia-Pacific, Molson Coors, Coca-Cola, Henkel, Grupo Bimbo, Corteva, Suntory.  
  • Grew marketing contribution to pipe by 220% (to 33% of total) in first three quarters of 2021. Achieved via increase in inbound lead volume (+ 334%) and quality of lead score (from 18.4% in ICP to 51%).
  • Provide CMO with monthly performance reports and analysis spanning all channels and programs 
  • Cultivate strong partnership with sales with shared goals and processes to execute 1:1 and 1:Few programs, resulting in a high conversion to closed/won
  • Partner closely with PMM and Content Marketing (including SEO) to develop integrated programs that align with the buyer journey and multiply the value of all assets including ebooks, infographics, landing pages and videos 
  • Help shape Parsable's industry events program, evolving during the pandemic from mass booth-style in-person events to hyper-targeted (and more effective) 1:1 virtual speed dating events
