Primary Purpose of Role: 

Key Finance Business Partner supporting Global Operations Team working alongside the FP&A Director for Operations to provide financial review, analysis, support and advice for the VP of Operations and the Operations Management Team to ensure adherence to budget and also support effective decision making.

Primary Purpose of Role: 

Responsible for leading & planning Accounts Payable Team in a Shared Services environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Day to day management of a team of 5 direct reports
• Ensure timely payment of invoices across all entities
• Key core tasks in Accounts Payable focusing on process efficiency & accuracy.
• Responsible for the production of reports as required to include analytical reviews of AP performance.
• Maintain a structure within the team for collaborating with key stakeholders in countries to identify process breakdowns and action plans for remediation, which includes meetings and action plans.
• Work with AP specialists and other external team members to improve processes and introduce automations
• Build relationships with and support key contacts in EMEA
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of month end requirements for AP
• Assist with other activities as required
• Compliance with SOX requirements.
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
• Support Internal and External Audits

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office

Primary Purpose of Role:
Assist in the analysis of costs and report to management where required.                 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Complete multiple account analysis & reconciliations and report on same
• Track monthly accruals for all Europe and adjust accordingly
• Analyse PPV and update standard costs accordingly
• Perform project costing's as requested for new products.
• Reconcile Intercompany balances for all Europe
• Manage Fixed Assets & Depreciation and reconcile same
• Manage AR Customer Database & AP Vendor Database
• Assist with issue resolution within Finance & other departments and any other adhoc reporting as required
• Responsible for various filings i.e. VAT, Intrastat, VIES, CSO
• Compliance with SOX requirements.
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
• Support Internal and External Audits

Primary Purpose of Role:
To support the Finance dept. and contribute to the efficient day to day running of the business.  

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Run the Weekly & Monthly payroll using latest payroll software tools
• Timely completion of PAYE, PRSI & VAT returns 
• Submit all required CSO returns on time
• Accounts Payable - Manage the supplier database. Match and record all supplier invoices and complete payment runs in agreement to statements. Issue remittances for payments & respond to queries from suppliers. Process employee expense claims ensuring compliance to Company Expense policy
• Accounts Receivable - Manage the Customer Database. Issue Monthly Debtors statements and apply all cash received. Follow up on all outstanding receivables and respond to all queries from Customers.
• Complete Bank reconciliation to official bank statements
• Manage the petty cash & company credit card and reconcile same
• Manage AR Customer Database & AP Vendor Database
• Manage Fixed Assets & monthly depreciation and reconcile same
• Provide on time reports and complete ad-hoc requests as requested
• Assist with Month end close
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
• Support Internal and External Audits

To provide support for the Endeavor line to ensure the smooth manufacturing of product. Proactive member of the Production team.

• Confirming lots on SAP and completing Lot History review
• Complete Line Status reports & all line set-ups
• Liaise with other departments for timely resolve of issues
