• Consultant Leadership: Oversee and facilitate design process and benchmarks for: Interior Design Consultant, Interior Architecture, Art and FF&E Consultants, Procurement Agent; Review and provide feedback/guidance on design at appropriate benchmarks for Interior Architecture/Interior Design/FFE Procurement.
• Team Leadership: Review and advise development/construction/operations teams on design standards, process and expectations; Facilitate an integrated approach with construction, development and operations teams; Assist and support good owner communication including: tracking outstanding design, facilitating design consultants and assisting in establishing priorities
