Market developing:

    • Responsible for the business developing and manage the daily business operations.
    • Prospecting for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and turn this into increased business.
    • Build on the partnership with dealers keeps customer’s motivation and confidence via win-win approach in an incentive scheme, sales programs etc.

Planning and organizing:

    • Set up sales strategy and business evolution: develop detail action plan for selected products including target and resources required to achieve plan; also responsible for supervising and assisting in the implementation process.
    • Annual plan implementation: develop and coach the sales force according to the rational allocation to the performing organization, excellence by providing educational guidance, challenging programs, and improvement of team members.
