JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (2018-2020):

• Product owner and scrum master in a team of 10 software developers, UI/UX designers and data scientists building a cloud based subsurface data search engine (PrettyPoly) through an interdisciplinary digitalization and innovation project.
  • Search engine was sold to Cognite (rebranded Discover) and I lead the handover process and team
• Product manager (seconded to Cognite) for the subsurface search engine, build the Cognite development team, set them up for success to further develop and productize the search engine, by prioritizing the product backlog collecting input from multiple stakeholders
• Product owner for idea squad, capture and mature digital solution initiatives through Design Sprints, map business needs and value potential of digital solutions in order to rank digital initiatives that help management to make well balanced investment decisions

• Project manager for Aker BP operated exploration well planning
