SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER at EVOLUTIONS
>Responsibilities held:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential investors, offering tailored consultations to match client needs with our premium real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual buyers and institutional investors to drive repeat business and referrals.
2. Agency Partnership Development
Source, onboard, and manage relationships with local and international real estate agencies.
Provide agencies with comprehensive project briefings, sales materials, and continuous support to ensure alignment with company sales objectives.
3. Property Sales & Negotiation
Present and promote our real estate projects through property tours, virtual walkthroughs, and personalized presentations.
Lead negotiations, manage offers, and facilitate contract signings, ensuring smooth, client-focused transactions.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on Dubai’s dynamic real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and management based on market research.
5. Marketing & Sales Strategy
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, trade shows, and exclusive launch events to attract potential buyers and investors.
6. Sales Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports for management, detailing sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts.
7. Post-Sales Support
Assist clients throughout the post-sales process, including documentation, property handovers, and addressing any concerns.
