Technology Product Manager for the Mosaic a multi-million dollar budget initiative at Southwest Airlines. Mosaic enabled the maintenance automation necessary for the 737-MAX as well as consolidating the entire SWA fleet of aircraft into one maintenance MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) system

Led end-to-end customer journey process, business requirement gathering and brought industry best practices, trends and innovative automated solutions to incorporate in the new MRO.

Maintained close relations with the stakeholders by discussing and
creating the business value of the product. Partnered with the product managers to set and align business priorities. Defined and prioritized the epics and tasks in accordance to the product roadmap.

Led process standardization, learned current state, performed gap analysis and proposed future automated processes to ensure the overall solution design meets and supports the business objectives.

Delivered a high confidence plan and execution strategy by
working in close collaboration with the multiple Stakeholders, scrum teams consisting of engineers, testers, architects, product owners, scrum masters, and technical lead on a day to day basis. Monitored

Responsible for conducting in-store user interviews, worked with multiple product managers across org. Created agile Release Plans, tracked budget, resources and schedule for the point and billing system for POS Re-Tech program.

Responsible for leading backlog on redesigning the point of sale application for GameStop domestic stores. The new POS system supports the sales, trade, reservations and return transactions in over GameStop stores.

Delivered and provided oversight on the rollout and cutover plan for all domestic locations
