Established and implemented system integration technical and process standards using SAP DS. Managed national project delivery team (10 project managers/directors, 6 consultants). Established mixed staffing/resourcing models and onboarding program. Enabled and supported governance structure across 10+ national IT programs (~$12M) leveraging various technologies (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ….). Led multiyear strategic Business Intelligence program, combining data from 27 different systems with automated data cleansing/processing, standardized report generation and distribution to over 200 business users. Solution stack comprised of Teradata, Cognos, Microstrategy and Informatica. Deployed mixed on/off-shore support team to handle regular user community issues and training.

Coordinated national project management team activities, staffing/resourcing and methodology adherence. Managed project governance structure across multiple Bayer Healthcare IT programs. Led implementation and consultative services delivery for key IT initiatives within Bayer Healthcare. Solutions leveraged technology from core vendors such as SAP, Oracle, IBM, Teradata and Cognizant.

Global Director, Key Account Management / Business Partner, IT Consumer Care (1 year)

Responsible for developing the IT strategy for Consumer Care Division globally. Responsible for identifying, planning and implementing large scale global system and business process solutions within the Consumer Care organization. Managed a $120M Global IT budget, while driving IT cost savings. Functionally reported to CFO, managing a global team. Global IT Account lead for all C level and SVP departmental heads.

Global Director, Business Process Innovation (3 years)

Developed, promoted and deployed new internal consulting organization within Global IT organization focusing on Business Process / System Analysis. Developed strong, results oriented, objective reputation in a very short period of time (generated backlog of projects within 6 months). Designed and implemented full consulting methodology and deliverable toolkit from solution discovery and business assessment through implementation. Highlighted activities include:


  • Led several Healthcare business process assessment/consulting projects ranging from global supply chain cycle time optimization (Diabetes Care), material flow improvement (Biological Products) and operations efficiency - (Consumer Care) identifying over $35M one time savings with an ongoing $5M-$10M operational savings.


  • Initiated Global Consumer Care Product Lifecycle Management strategic solution to executive board ($15M investment over 3 years – Oracle software using combination of internal and external consulting services). Coordinated and aligned disparate functions with varying perspectives within Global Consumer Care organization in support of implementation.
