As Senior Agile Team Coach:

• Providing guidance and support in adopting and implementing Scrum and LeSS scaling model in the ProCon project (building Production Planning & Control tool for 240+ Bosch plants)
• Guiding, supporting and facilitating ceremonies of multiple services teams and overseeing 2 big development teams.
• Promoting collaboration and continuous improvement whiting the project.
• Enabling the process of migration from Docker swarm to OpenShift platform on various environments & multiple parties involvement.
