         I am an entrepreneur and business developer, with an extensive background in marketing, strategic planning, customer relations and executive training. 

I have utilized my marketing skills and international corporate contacts to build successful start-ups both in the U.S. and in China. My design background and multilingual skill sets have allowed me to achieve my business objectives and have connected me to large international clients. While as a licensed commercial real estate expert, my international contacts and business development positions within the Asian markets have presented many alliances where I have remained a strategic key associate for negotiations, executive training and a communication liaison between company's and countries.

Business Program Developer

Hampton by Hilton

Develop & maintain strong partnerships with Hampton by Hilton and Plateno Group. In 2014 Hilton launched the Hampton by Hilton brand in China.  The brand has experienced incredible growth and development in the Asian markets with Plateno Group as their Chinese brand partner.  I work directly with the Executive Global head of Hilton Focus brand as well as the Executives Brand Director, and Executive Director of Hilton brand.

My role is to facilitate communication so that Plateno Group Executive management quickly adapts core value identity and brand specifics.

Obtaining Plateno Group’s confidence and developing good core relationships is key to Hilton’s success in China.  My role is key to developing & communicating the education, programs to relationship consulting with GM’s of properties and owners.  Interpreting to GM training, educating on brand culture training, loyalty and membership programs.

Assisted in many of the hotel opening ceremonies with marketing and liaison from a U.S./Chinese relation.

Interrupting and communicating during high-level meetings between Hampton by Hilton and Plateno Group with strategic objectives for market share and cohesiveness has been our main goal over the last two years. Cannot disclosure high level meeting further detail due to NDA.

Co-Founder of TUTU LE YUAN. Inspired by the theme park culture of U.S. and utilizing my International connections in hospitality development of several large corporation; I presented the opportunity of a Crayola Experience to BODI Group, a multi billion hotel management company. I raised the funds, negotiated the terms of our partnership, created an in depth 3 year business plan, marketing objectives, worked closely with engineers, designers and capital to deliver the first type of Crayola experience in China.

Utilized strategic relationships with local schools in Florida to develop an international education program.  Many Chinese families and young adults look to the U.S. to further their education and many prominent U.S. schools are looking for talented students to join their programs.  My role was to develop these connections through my vast international connections, communication, and marketing skills and create a brand & business template that could be duplicated in China’s fastest growing cities.

Managed international investors and 180 investments. Source and maintain relationships with vendors. Sourced and Marketed all investment properties. Conducted market surveys, consumer behavior, identify and prepare for quick solutions to investor conflicts and investor strategies with their properties. I established great relationships with investors  and was able to further my career with these key investors in China.
