- Customer Service: Ran the helpdesk and acted as first point of contact for students and academics with queries.
- Regulation Compliance: Ensured academic regulations were adhered to at all times, learning and studying regulation updates year on year.
- Mark Entry: Ensured all marks were in the system accurately and within tight deadlines, taking extensions and extenuating circumstances into account.
- Data Analysis: Frequently analysed student data using various tools such as Ellucian Banner, Moodle, Excel, and Infoview Live Documents.
- Liaising with External Stakeholders: Built relationships with external examiners and guided them through our moderation process during the awards boards, and keeping them updated on regulatory process.
- Award Ratification: Played an active role in the ratification of students' awards, ensuring that all marking and classification was processed accurately and monitoring the deadlines of all academic staff in my department for the turning in of marking.
- Student Union Representation: Arranged Student/Staff Committee meetings, noted down all minutes and action points, actioned changes suggested, and chased academics to action their own changes.
