Digital Payment Solutions Manager - Global E-Commerce Operations

As a Digital Payment Solutions specialist, I support the following activities for our Global Operations:

    Payment Solution Providers Relationship & Commercial Account Management for existing and new business opportunities with PSPs, banking partners and Neo banks.

    Acquirers & Payment Gateway Management

    I support the current payment gateway operations, new service requirements, changes in payment legislations, incident management, reconciliations, and related matters.

    Research & Onboarding of new Alternative Payment Methods & Payment providers

    I oversee the global payment methods for the business, research the payment trends in each market and support in the onboarding of new payment options for the business

    Financial Reporting & Reconciliations

    I work closely with the finance team to monitor traffic ratio vs. pricing and service levels between all our existing payment service providers.

    PSP Implementation and Operations Setup

    Support our technical project delivery teams in project scope, design, and business requirements definition for PSP projects.

    Management of Digital Payment Projects - from Proof of Concept to implementations of innovative payment solutions such as Open Banking, Direct Debits on Open Banking and Alternative Payment methods.

    Programme Implementation & Operations Manager - Global Channel Strategy & Mgmt.

    My responsibilities within this role are the following:

    Channel Operations Management for the Network of Professional Channel Partners across 23 International Markets and the United Kingdom – 24 territories.

    Developing and Building Operations structure and platforms for New & Existing Channel Partners globally.

    Consulting, Designing, and Delivering Technical Solutions  Management of end-2-end project lifecycle from concept build to solutions delivery for Channel Distribution Systems.

    Project Management & Product Implementation. Delivering customised Telecom Projects which includes partnerships with banks/financial institutions, VAS Partners. Product range includes:

    E-TopUp/RTR Mobile Recharge integrations, E-Card Product/POSA Cards and E-voucher setups, SIM Distribution & SIM Registration Systems design and delivery. 

    Project Deployment Operations Systems set up, UAT testing and preparation for GO LIVE operations with Channel Partners.

    Liaising and Supporting Account Managers (Sales) in ensuring Channel Project deliverables are aligned with business model requirements.

    Management of Technical Resources and Activities to ensure project deliverables are met to business requirements

    Develop, Communicate and offer Training Programmes to Channel Partners for New Systems, Business Models, Operations Processes and Product improvements.

    Channel On-Board Support Operations: Incident Management for Channel Partner Systems. Primary point of contact and liaison with the technical department. Troubleshoot & Resolve technical issues related to products and processes from Channel Partners. Support Channel partners with daily operational requirements and ensure current systems are in place.

    Overview of Professional Channel Order Process Workflow to ensure Service standards are met.

    SIM Supply Chain - Distribution & Logistics SIM Packaging & Distribution Process Management for all countries. Managed relationship with multiple SIM Packaging vendors to ensure SIM logistic activities are carried out correctly. Customised Solutions delivery and GTIN Number range management.

    Represented Software Vendor Solutions from Outpost24, a European based IT Security Intelligence firm, Antivirus Solutions from Panda Software and PCS Technology, an Indian based firm offering Software Compliance (ISO) Standards and IT Methodology (ITIL) Certification programmes.
