    The Drylands Coordination Group (DCG) in Sudan networks serves in Eritrea, Ethiopia, Mali, and Sudan and consist of NGOs as well as research institutions and governmental structures. DCG Norway (the main office) administers funds from Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation - Norad to research projects and from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to information and policy work linked to the UNCCD and dry land challenges. Managing and coordinating all the group projects in Sudan as a focal point. 

    • Contributed to the development of the organization's strategies, regulations and policies at the global and national levels.
    • Developed guidelines for personnel evaluations, staff advancement and recruitment procedures.
    • Led Sudan board in developing proposals. Monitored costs, timescales and resources used to achieve DCG objectives.
