Working as a customer service agent out of the Seattle station. Duties included boarding and controlling flights, all aspects of ticket counter agents, helping and assisting customers in all ways possible, ensuring the safety of everyone from the flight crew to the passengers, and much more. Gained a great deal of knowledge and skills about working efficiently with a strict time line while staying aware of the safety and care of the operation and passengers.
