  • Restructuring of Namibia School Sports Union between 2005 to 2007. The School Sport Union structure was in total havoc and caused conflicts in operations and management. I was task to restructure and re-engineer the organisation during that period under the leadership of Mr. Katamba now the Director of Sports in Namibia. I am proud to say that this project was successfully completed and the Namibia School Sports Union is fully operational and is functioning optimally.
  • Among other achievements I have served as an executive member of Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 11th edition of the Africa Woman Football Championship that was successfully hosted in Windhoek during October 2014. The LOC was overseeing fifteen (15) sub-committees responsible for transport, security, protocol, accommodation, logistics, venues, finance, volunteers, referees, health, entertainment, information and technology, youth programs, marketing and media
  • I have also served as a member of the Tender Evaluation Committee, the Economizing Committee and the Employee Wellness Committee of the Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service were I am currently employed.
  • Among my philanthropic and voluntary duties to sports and vulnerable communities, I sourced funding from various organisations and donors and  built a multi-purpose sports court in Omatjete Village. This facility is still optimally used by the local community and the primary school in that village.
  • Again I am  embarking upon another community project in tourism at the same village to construct a cable car to be used for transporting visitors and tourist to the top of the Ozondati Mountain. This project will support the already existing community lodge and tourism activities in the proclaimed Ohungu conservancy area.
  • I have also served as a volunteer liaison officer for the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) in 1999 during the 49th Session of the WHO Regional Committee for Africa held in Windhoek, Namibia.
