I express knowledge and expertise to license holders through the information provided about CCLI’s products and services, rights owner information, copyright law, and licensing terms and conditions. I am in charge of facilitating customer inquiries, describing and recommending appropriate products, and following up on potential leads.

My duties also include performing various administrative duties, such as account adjustments, information updates, collecting copy report information, and being the first level technical support for CCLI's online services.

I operated Pro Tools and other industry standard software and would troubleshoot any problems that arose. I helped set up and run both audio and visual assignments, as well as took point in artist relations in making the artist/band feel welcome and taken care of during their stay.

I was in charge of reaching store sales markers, leading, hiring, and training associates, drafting associate/doctor schedules, reviewing store's reports and data, and identifying opportunities, handling supply orders and promoting a customer first environment.

In this role, I was top sales producer and took the lead on developing and marketing monthly, in-store events to the public. I also executed the measurement taking and sale of Made-To-Measure clothing.

As Talent Manager, I headed up the of vetting applications, running interviews, and hiring associates. I was also charged with the training and development of new and existing associates, as well as the creative process for developing and executing store contests.

I managed associates and store payroll, drove sales loyalty programs, and was top producer in loyalty sign-ups.
