Terri is a Consultant at Sand Cherry Associates, with 25+ years of manufacturing, financial,  operations and competitive strategy experience spanning the globe . Terri is an integral part of our firm's ongoing success in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally-native, data-empowered solutions.

Known for taking ownership of high-visibility, at-risk projects and restoring momentum through disciplined delivery, strong financial oversight, and clear executive communication, Terri  has led numerous engagements to create and implement complex software solutions .

Her more recent work has centered on implementing OneStream for Financial Planning and Analysis to help managers track financials of current and new projects. 

Prior to Sand Cherry Associates, Terri was a Project Manager on the Deltek Global Consulting team where she was responsible for implementing Deltek Costpoint and moving clients to the cloud.

  • Assumed leadership of a stalled project, restoring delivery momentum and earning recognition from OneStream Customer Success for project recovery
  • Owned full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, technical execution, and change management
  • Served as primary client liaison to C-suite stakeholders, managing executive communications, milestones, and risk mitigation
  • Developed detailed project plans outlining dependencies, resourcing, risks, and delivery milestones
  • Partnered closely with OneStream Partner Enablement to ensure adherence to best practices and implementation standards
  • Delivered executive-level presentations on project status, financial impact, and delivery outcomes
  • Acted as Jira and Smartsheet expert, standardizing documentation
  • Used a tracking system to forecast resource utilization and availability
