With over 10 years of dedicated experience in intergovernmental relations. Ms. Ingram advises clients on how to strategically achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Ms. Ingram specializes in advising on matters of energy and water policy. Throughout her career she has built relationships with a broad network of key stakeholders among non-profits, public utilities, trade associations, businesses, labor unions and government officials.
Advocated on legislative matters before the U.S. Congress, the Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan state legislatures, Cook County and the Chicago City Council as well as regulatory agencies. Served as NRDC's liaison to maintain a network of relationships with elected and appointed officials as well as with business leaders, civic leaders, and advocacy groups. Built an advocacy structure to affect and influence decision-makers, opinion leaders, and policy experts in the Midwest on NRDC's strategic priorities.
