About me

Hello there,

My name is Tommy Rivera, I worked for a small, locally owned business about 4.5 years which allowed me to garner a firm understanding of tourist demands within our region. I currently work as a personal banker and have an associates in secondary education - this speaks to my lifelong learning nature.  I have a passion for local, sustainable, economic development specifically through a tourism lens. I have been studying Geography for more than two years, and have had interest in the tourism industry for decades which started in my youth; having been born in St. Augustine, Florida - America's oldest city as well as winner of numerous tourism accolades. I have experience with team leadership which can be demonstrated by my hard-working nature that I've brought to every job I've ever had. I can be trusted to be independent, and passionate about solving problems such as searching for ways to create more sustainable business practices as well as short and long term economic growth for our region. I thrive in any kind of environment and I know that I have the skills, experience, and attitude to excel in any position.

If you're interested in learning more about me feel free to browse my website. I would love to meet as well as discuss, more in-depth, what I can bring to the table for our region. If you have any requests for custom Bristol related souvenir items you can reach me through the form at the bottom of this page.

Thank you for your time and have a great day!
