Fair HQ is the first Saas B2B solution which help companies taking better strategies for improving their DEI score.

The product has 3 principal applications: the core API, the dashboard and the survey, that I have built from scratch while setting the infrastructure following security best practices..

The purpose of my mission is to create and build the tech vision of the company. To achieve it, I have:

• Built the MVP from scratch. From setting up the infrastructure to the production
• Made architectural decisions to scale over time
• Built dashboard using React, ThemeUI, and Redux toolkit deployed on Netlify
• Built custom backend using NestJS mono repo structures deployed using infrastructure as a code via Render
• Managed all the security requirements. Putting in place processes to prepare for ISO 27001 and SOC-2
• Hired and defined a progression framework for the engineering team. Weekly meetings and performance reviews every six months
• Built a data warehouse over BigQuery for our analytics data and set up schedulers to populate 
• Monitored the performance of the applications

Fidel is a Saas B2B fintech API enabling real-time banking transactions.

I was in charge of building the foundation of the Offers platform (https://clo.fidel.uk/ | https://dashboard.fidel.uk).

My main activity consists in taking care of the Front-End side:

• Rebuilt store management with latest Redux version to improve performances and reduce useless calls to the API
• Built and deploy new features using best practices, GitHUb pipelines, CI/CD and testings
• Documented changes over Confluence to keep track on relevant changes over the changelog
• Participated to decision making with design team and business
• Maintained and monitored the CLO dashboard using Sentry
