Summary

During my 15 years in transportation, I have taken on and faced many challenges with Union Pacific, from my beginning as a Logistics Associate in Operations, to my most recent position as Manager Carrier Relations. My most recent role has set me up to be an integral member of any transportation/trucking organization. In managing the Drayage side of the Supply Chain process for UP, I have a strong understanding of what all is required to ensure a successful completion of the process from start to finish. I was able to develop expert level abilities in analyzing data and analytical skills.  Beyond analyzing data, I have the ability to understand what I've analyzed as well as a strong capability to communicate to Sr. Management and Executive levels what exactly this data means.  In order to accomplish this, I have developed a highly functioning understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel and Access.  The ability to use these tools are an integral part of what I can bring to any team.  I am an extremely outgoing individual, which allows me to develop and grow relationships, as well as the ability to communicate any expectations established.  I have an easy time understanding an organizations vision and the tools to help to achieve.
