Protergia own Retail Shops
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan for building a new shop in order to monitor and track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Liaise with HR, HSE, Marketing, Procurement, Facility, ISO, Internal Audit to establish rules of procedure and complete assigned activities
- Set and monitor KPI's, monthly target and sales results achieving 133% of the annual target
- Hold monthly sales meeting with store supervisors
- Drive a team of 21 in store sale employees, 7 shop supervisors and 5 district AM's in order to achieve monthly targets
- Establish Covid19 shield Shops
Protergia Exclusive Retail Shops (Franchise)
- Create from scratch the franchise network of Protergia Exclusive Partner's shops
- Expand the network of stores by finding and evaluating new partners in wider area of Greece
- Negotiate new partners contracts and close the final deal
- Set and Report KP I's
- Monitor Exclusive Partner's PnL and provide customized advice and actions for maximizing profit
Partners Retail Shops
- Cooperate with the largest telecommunication provider (Sales/Project Management)
- Liaise with Legal department, Finance, Marketing, Back Office to achieve high standard results
- Create and manage a team of 30 Protergia Energy Advisors (in partner stores)
- Motivate, coach and develop 6 district AM's to achieve high quality sales results
- Conduct regular meetings with partners in order to build strong relationships
- Monitor MTD and set targets according to company's commercial policy and annual budget
- Report and monitor according to budget
- Create on board procedures for new partners
- Develop new business partnerships
