Busser:

• clearing and cleaning tables
• rolling silverware, and keeping things stocked

Expo:

• informing the chefs of any changes to the food being served
• managing and clearing orders on a screen or tickets

making sure that the food goes to the right table

Food Runner:

• brining food to the correct tables and filling water

Hostess:

• taking calls and recording reservations
• greeting customers
• bringing people to their reserved table or an available table
• bringing menus to customers
• problem solving
