Various tasks including answering phones, bookkeeping, ordering parts from different RV OEM manufacturers, making technician appointments and managing day to day filing schedules and managing calendar appointments. Created and maintain company web site, storefront and online advertising campaigns.
Meet with customers for consultations to formulate concepts, layout and design. Create company branding and assist in publicity and promotion of brand. Most recent project: created and maintain Happy Camper Mobile RV Repair LLC website and branding i.e. business card, letterhead, door hanger advertisements, brochures, magazine ads and finally created and installed truck branding graphics.
Created brand, wrote and executed business plan and launched retail brick and mortar shop in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia & a second location in downtown Frederick, Maryland. Created and launched online e-commerce store and all marketing materials for store. Responsible for all digital and printed marketing pieces for newsprint and online marketing. Currently working with Google Adwords to launch online ads.

2013-2014 - James Rumsey Committee for the Vizzi Awards. Worked and Coordinated with team to bring together the Vizzi Awards for Tech Students wanting to enter the printing/graphics industry. Judged entries/mentored.
2012-2013 - BB/BS of Washington Cty Maryland, Inc. - work with Elementary School children by serving as companion, friend and role model to children, primarily from single-parent homes.

The Maryland Green Registry Leadership Awards are presented each year to five member organizations that have shown a strong commitment to sustainable practices, measurable results, and continual improvement.
