  • Responsible for maintaining and scheduling the graphics department, digital press room, and digital plate room for busy 24/7 flexographic printing facility through CRM system.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly G7 fingerprints for all press platforms. Maintain color accuracy within a Delta E setting of 5 or below.
  • Working closely with VP of Marketing and Sales to create a new marketing strategy which demonstrates to our customers the promise of excellence in service and on-time delivery of quality products. 
  • Experienced with yearly Hoshin initiatives related to company goals and strategic plans to increase profitability. Required to implement initiatives throughout the year to maintain Hoshin goals put in place.
  • Created special department to create additional revenue for the graphics department. "Creative Services". Responsible for pricing modules and estimating time needed to discuss, prepare and engage in creative work with customers requesting design services.
  • Worked closely with Pressroom Supervisor and Customer Service Manager for on-time delivery and First Pass Yield on all jobs entering the plant.
