Coordinated and administer sales team administration, calculate sales target and monitoring sales performance. Reported to General Manager, Agency & Corporate.

  • Successfully implemented the usage of a shared drive to 50 salespeople in the department for easy retrieval of sales slides. 75 percent improvement in salesperson time response to business partners.
  • Successfully implemented the usage of shared Salesperson Work in Progress reports for 20 salespeople in Agency & Corporate Sales team for more effective sales monitoring. 90 percent better sales forecasting against the monthly sales target.
  • Formulated & calculated individual salesperson annual and monthly sales targets for better sales planning. The salesperson is given their one-year monthly target in advance to effectively plan their sales.
  • Successfully coordinated Sales Department Brainstorming Session at Medan, Indonesia in 2009. Managed program and travel itinerary for 15 Sales Team Managers, wrote a summary report of the sales strategy discussed within 2 weeks dateline for management further assessments.
  • Appointed as Sales Coordinator for NSTP Sales Event (PRINTWORKS) from 2009 to 2010. Responsible for monitoring and generating a report of the secured contract performance to management & external consultant.
  • Successfully coordinated the submission of NSTP MyRumah 2016 & 2017 budget paper. Revenue secured was RM 1.3 mil (2016) & RM 2.1 mil (2017).
  • Administer the sales team performance on a daily and monthly basis and keep the sales team updated and on track using the in house Web Report System, as well as, Microsoft Excel's own monitoring template.
  • Assisting the sales team in drafting and submitting sales project budget request memo for management approval, and liaising with the relevant department for the smooth execution of sales projects. 
  • Compiled & managed Advertisement department advertisers' contact list database in Microsoft Excel and keep the record updated. 
  • Manage Advertisement department Accredited Agency & Advertisers Commitment contract filing. Update the relevant team on commitment performance.
  • Administer the submission of a new accreditation request from the Advertising Agency. Ensure that all documents and forms that submitted are in line with the company Standard  Procedures (SOP)  before proceeding submission to the Finance department. 
  • Administer Advertisement Department festival gift to business partners, compose budget request memorandum for approval and supervise the gift delivery within the given timeline, 
  • Administer Staff Leave & attendance record and filing.
  • Assisting Senior Manager, General Manager & Head of Sales in managing their appointment calendar, travel arrangement, as well as expenses submission.
