With eight years of experience in elementary education, a passion for reaching all learners, and a strong commitment to strong instruction, I am confident that I possess the skills and dedication necessary to excel in this role.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching both Kindergarten and fourth grade, which gives me a deep scope of lower and upper elementary students.  As well as allowing me to foster a love of learning in students at different stages of development. In my previous role at Riverwood Elementary Optional School. I:

  • Implemented 504 and Individual Educational plans (IEPS) for students with various health impairments and learning disabilities.
  • Created engaging curriculum for the MSCS Promotional Summer School program, serving as kindergarten curriculum writer for 2 years.
  • Utilized differentiated instruction strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Built strong relationships with students and families, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills throughout my tenure.

I understand the unique needs of all students and recognize the importance of creating a personalized approach to learning that ensures academic progress while fostering social-emotional well-being. I am a highly adaptable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to effectively collaborate with students, families, and community stakeholders to create a successful learning experience.

I am available for an interview at your earliest convenience and eager to discuss my qualifications in more detail. Thank you for your time and consideration.
