Andrews McMeel Universal is an independent, global media company that partners with and supports a world-class roster of creative and diverse talent.

My responsibilities include book acquisition, budgeting, business development, creative leadership, e-commerce, email marketing, freelancer management, Kickstarter strategy, licensing strategy, project management, team leadership, and transforming publisher properties into tabletop gaming experiences. I guided digital strategy and email marketing for game titles, leveraging email service platforms, social media, and Amazon to maximize engagement and build brand loyalty. 

VML is an award-winning digital marketing, advertising, and transformation agency. I grew business development opportunities and led accounts across Freddie Mac, ONMO, Spire Energy & Sprint.

My responsibilities included client engagement management, contract negotiation, digital transformation, email marketing services, profit & loss, project management, social media playbooks, team leadership, and vendor management. I developed website and UX strategies for digital transformation projects, optimizing user journeys for clients like Spire Energy and Freddie Mac. Additionally, I created social media and email strategies tailored to major accounts, leveraging consumer insights to boost engagement. I managed vendor relations for CRM platforms, set KPIs, and provided strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and align digital efforts with brand goals.

Avenue Link is a company focused on lead generation in fintech through digital outreach and CRM programs. I led the most profitable division of the company, which resulted in our placement on the Inc 500 (2014) and Inc 5000 (2015).

My responsibilities included client engagement management, contract negotiation, CRM, data analytics, e-commerce, media buys, profit & loss, project management, team leadership, and vendor management. I designed segmented email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention, conducted competitive analysis to adapt strategies based on market trends, and managed vendor relationships for CRM and digital marketing platforms. I set and tracked KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI within a data-driven, multi-channel strategy.

In the early days of online marketing, I helped grow the user base for Treeloot.com, which later became Virtumundo. With a strict focus on digital lead generation through multichannel marketing and strategic advertising, my team grew the business to $15MM in top-line revenue in 2013.
