University Games is a global toy and game manufacturer based in San Francisco, I lead:
- Oversight and execution of B2C digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing, to drive brand growth and audience engagement for key product lines.
- Development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies combining Kickstarter initiatives, licensing opportunities, public relations efforts, and multi-channel campaigns to enhance visibility and profitability.
- Management of licensing partnerships with prominent brands such as Nickelodeon, Moonbug Entertainment, Joester Loria Group, and MerryMakers to create board game experiences based on licensed properties.
- Responsibility for profit & loss management across product lines to ensure financial targets are met while optimizing cost efficiency during development and marketing phases.
- Supervision of product development processes across 3 direct reports, encompassing ideation, project management, and transformation of licensed intellectual properties into marketable board game products.
- Coordination of customer relationship management (CRM) activities alongside the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer connections and support brand loyalty initiatives.
