- Credit bureaus data reporting: Providing reporting of own customers' data to credit bureaus in order to enable company to use credit bureaus as an additional source of credit checks of new customers.
- Printhouse integration: Providing format-specific letters and metadata to printhouses
- External debt collection agencies: Assigning debts to external agencies, updating on account/loan changes, recalling debts
Debt Collection platform global rollout, evolution and support
- Rolled out debt collection platform to 16 financial products in Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Denmark, Georgia, Argentina, Mexico and Dominican Republic.
- Managing change and support of the debt collection platform including 3rd party vendors.
